• (His/Her) training program consists of two phases. The first is getting (his/her) professional licenses, but also going through some In-Field Training appointments so that (he/she) can learn from real life interactions instead of just classroom and online training, (Trainee) said that (he/she) really values your Opinion and thought you might be nice enough to Help (him/her) out by being a field training appointment for (him/her).

• Thank you! Just so you know what it is, it is only about 30-45 minutes and will be with (Trainee) and one of (his/her) Trainers.
  
• All I would encourage you to do is be difficult and ask lots of questions so (he/she) can learn the most from it. Our biggest hope though is that you like what (Trainee) will be doing and could be a good potential source of Referrals for (him/her) down the road.
