New Partner Corporate Assistance

The Field Agent Support Team (FAST) is a team of sales-focused individuals at WFGIA whose ​primary focus is to help newly licensed WFGIA agents become successful. FAST consultants are ​available to all new life licensed agents for the first 12 months after their license has been placed ​with WFGIA.

FAST consultants will have multiple contacts with new agents to complete a checklist that ​includes:

  • Becoming Payable: Making sure all required fees are paid and all required training is complete
  • Getting to Know WFG: Training on appointment processes, commissions, advancements, sales, ​and recruiting
  • Platform Overview: High-level introduction to all the tools and resources available to agents on ​MyWFG.com. Agents will be referred to their Business Productivity Consultant for deeper one-​on-one training.

  • Researching the Knowledge Articles in the Help section of www.mywfg.com
  • Creating a Support Case through the Help section of www.mywfg.com
  • Business Productivity Consultants (BPC)
  • Conference calling the home office with their SMD at 770-246-9889 in the U.S. and 416-225-​2121 in Canada.

  • If you’re unable to find the right answer to your question or issue, you can create a ​support ticket by selecting the “Still Need Help?” button at the bottom of each article. ​Your ticket will then be routed to the appropriate department, and you will be notified ​via email when a response has been completed. Please be sure to provide a detailed ​description when submitting a support case. For technical issues, it is particularly helpful ​if the type of device and browser is referenced. While most cases are resolved within 72 ​hours, some may require additional research and assessment. All submitted cases can be ​viewed and referenced at any time via the “My Cases” tab.
