SCENARIO 2

SCENARIO 3

If you are calling for a personal prospect then you will start off the conversation by reminding them where you met them.

If you are a Trainer with a new Trainee, the Trainee will call and introduce and edify the Trainer.

If you are a Trainer calling on behalf of a Trainee that is not with you, then start off by talking about the Trainee, and ideally have the Trainee send a text message to the person you are calling before you call so that they are expecting your call.

SCENARIO 1

TRAINEE

  • The reason I wanted to speak with you is because when I met you I felt as though (mention 3 good qualities).
  • Is that true about you?

(allow for response)

  • Well I can’t promise anything, but our agency had a 1,400% growth last year and in order to keep up with our growth we are looking for people with your characteristics to work with us both part-time, and potentially full time as well, and I just wanted to ask you a very serious question if I could.

(Pause)

  • If the situation was right, and the money was good, do you keep your career options open?

If YES

Student Icon

TRAINEE

  • Great!
  • Well, I don’t want to schedule an interview for you or anything without you knowing what you would be interviewing for, so how about this.
  • Let's figure out a time where we can sit down and talk for about 30-45 minutes to give you an overview of who we are, what we do, and how we get paid to see if anything stands out to you first, and to see if we feel like you would be a good fit for us.
  • If it does seem like a mutual fit, we can talk about potentially scheduling an interview from there.
  • Does that sound fair enough?

If NO

TRAINEE

  • Ask “Who do you know that could benefit from what we do?” - if it is a cold market prospect and attempt to pull referrals.
